There are two parking spots in front of the fence.  If you have more than two cars you should plan on carpooling.

Deposits will be refunded within 7 days of check out.  

Check in is 4:00 or after.  On the day of your stay at 4:00 you will receive the Door code so you can let yourself in. 

You have full access to the home.   I won't be present in person but will be available via text. 

The kitchen is open and bright.  It opens to the deck as well as the living room.   It is nicely stocked with all items you will need. 

Enjoy the peek-a-boo lake view, hiking trails, and excitement of ski slopes within minutes

A private Hot tub is waiting for you after your long hike or time on the slopes.   Warm up next to the outdoor fire pit. Relax on the upstairs deck on the chair hammock swings.

I have some childrens books, games, coloring books, and some blocks.  I also have a child gate.  Please bring your pack-n-play or any other items you need for your child. 

1 dog up to 50 lbs.  Pets are great, but our furniture's is strictly a no- paws zone, including beds and couches.  If your furry friend isn't trained  and we find the pet rules are not followed enter the additional pet cleaning ninja fee of $175.  If you plan on bringing Fido, make sure you show that your reservation shows this.  If it was overlooked, now is the time to make the change to the reservation. 

The city of Big Bear Lake doesn't allow events or parties

No Smoking inside: We're trying to keep our place smelling like unicorns and rainbows, not like a chimney. No indoor smoke of anything.  If you smoke out side pick up your Butt!  If you chose to not follow this, enter the smoke buster fee of $250
